Bjorn Lindgren is the founder and Managing Partner of BFL Associates, Ltd.; a retained international executive search firm. 

Mr. Lindgren’s experience includes executive and senior level recruitment for Fortune 500 companies, the “Big Four” public accounting firms and other substantial firms offering professional services and consulting. Through the recruitment process, he has established an impressive track record, moving practice groups of professionals from one firm to another; expanding practices and developing new business focuses for clients of the firm. His broad knowledge of business and financial expertise, across many functional areas, in a wide variety of industries has led to assignments domestically and internationally from leading organizations. 
Additionally, Mr. Lindgren has facilitated a number of investment banking transactions, including capital sourcing, acquisition services, large capital lease transactions and asset sales. He serves on the Asia Committee & Homeland Security Committee of the US Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Lindgren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Nasson College. He served on the Board (14 years) and the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees (4 years) of the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, Texas and currently serves on the President Cabinet.
